With great regret I would like to inform you that Mr. T. Nagarajah (Nasa) passed away after a long battle with cancer in Mississauga, Canada yesterday (August 15, 2014) around 3:00PM.
To inaugurate the Swami Vipulananda Arts Society and the commemorative event in Canada, Mr. T. Nagarajah (Nasa) was one of seven individuals who attended the inauguration meeting.
In 2002, when we tried to organize the Swami Vipulananda Arts Society, Mr. Nagarajah encouraged us and became one of the founding members. Without his encouragement, support, participation, help and dedicated photography the 2003 event would not have been a success.
For the last thirty years in Canada, Mr. Nagarajah (Nasa) has been supporting all of the community activities hosted by members of the eastern province and has given his unconditional support (whether it is through volunteering or financially) to all of societies hosted by eastern province peoples in Canada.
The Swami Vipulananda Arts Society of Canada is deeply saddened by the news of Mr. Nagarajah’s passing and gives their deepest condolences to Mr. Nagarajah’s family, relatives and friends and we pray that our Nasa’s soul rests in peace.
Thank you all.
On behalf of the Swami Vipulananda Arts Society - Canada
